Job Description
Coating Machine Operator
This is a hands-on position and requires mechanical adjustments to coating machinery
and the mixing and blending of specialized formulas.
The qualified candidate must be able to:
- Read and follow written instructions
- Must be able to read a ruler
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Must also be self-motivated
- Mechanically inclined,
- Have basic computer skills
- Maintain a clean work area.
Pre-employment Drug Screen will be required.
$14 per hour and benefits are available after a 90-day probationary period.

Job Requirements:
- Must be able to follow directions, be self-motivated, and a team player
- Must be able to read and understand a ruler
- Basic math skills required.
- Must be able to operate a computer.
- Must be able to stand for long durations.
- Must be willing to be flexible and learn other machines.
- Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds.
- May be required to assist with other duties in other departments as necessary.
Additional Information
Pay Rate: $10/hour until training is completed and then will be paid piecework rates dependent upon the item and the volume packed in one shift.
Hours are Monday - Thursday, 7am - 4:30pm
