Position Summary Our Bartenders are responsible for providing courteous and professional service to residents, guests, and visitors.

Essential Duties

The Bartender is responsible for bartender duties within the brand-new bar and lounge area and also creates and fulfills drink orders for the restaurants and event spaces.

• Takes orders, provides service, and requested items both graciously and courteously

• Answers pertinent questions about drink items

• Clears all tableware from tables and bar after service

   

• Stocks and restocks bar/lounge area and rotates supplies

• Prepares garnishes and snack trays

• Creates drink specials

• Drinks include specialty coffees, cocktails, beers and wine choices

• Maintains a clean, orderly, safe, and secure work area at all times and follows all established safety and quality control procedures.
