Position Summary Our Servers are responsible for providing courteous and professional service to residents, guests and visitors.

Essential Duties

• Dining Room Service 
• Sets dining room tables appropriately given the various venues, including linens, napkins, silverware and centerpieces. 
• Documents orders and answers pertinent questions about menu items in a courteous and professional manner.
• Clears dishes from dining room tables during and after meal service. 
• Assists other serving staff as needed in the delivery of excellent customer service.

Side Work Assignments 

• Adequately supplies server stations and preparation areas with appropriate items for the meal service, to include clean dishes and cutlery. 
• Cleans and disinfects serving equipment and supplies. 
• Disposes of trash and soiled linens following standard operational procedures. 
• May drive company vehicle to deliver meals to residents. Other Duties
• Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
• Maintains acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code.
• Performs other specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by dining room management.
• Maintains a clean, orderly, safe and secure work area at all times and follows all established safety and quality control procedures.

Requirements:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
